2HP PMSM Motors rated speed are optional to be 1000RPM,1500RPM,3000RPM…, furthermore the speed can be customized according to your application.
Compared with the conventional induction motors, the PMSM motors with controller, it comes out high engine efficiency. It is over 85% efficiency while the Induction motor with inverter is only 75%. Because the PMSM motors can operate at higher efficiency at wide speed range while the efficiency of traditional induction motor drops a lot not working at rated speed.
Our PMSM motors and compatible controller is a good choice, when your application requires variable working speed.

Configuration
The permanent magnet which has no brush dc motor for small and medium capacity, now USES high magnetic energy ,Nd-Fe materials. the volume of the permanent magnet brushless motor has shrunk the size of a seat by the same volume as the three-phase asynchronous motor.
As a result, In VOLCANO ELECTRIC, compared to conventional AC motors, 1HP Permanent Motor that we can built in a smaller size, Shrunk the size of a seat by same volume, we called compact motor.

- High Magnetic energy material, The rotor is built with Strong NdFeB Magnets. Which enhance the motor energy density. The motor efficiency can reach 85% generally and even some motors can be up to 92% .

- Low temperature rising, because of the higher efficiency, the loss of heat from the motor is less, In addition, our unique heat dissipation design of the house, it help to heat dissipate quickly. Compared to conventional AC motors, the temperature rising is much better.
