SUPER PREMIUM EFFICIENCY Permanent Magnet Motors are the regular motors we are offering now. These motors are designed strictly with IEC motors. The motor power, speed and motor frame size are strictly matched. Hence these motors can replace conventional induction AC motors freely.
The Features of these SUPER PREMIUM EFFICIENCY Permanent Magnet Motors
1, High magnetic energy material taken, plus the rotor is assembled with strong NdFeB magnets, which enhance motor’s energy density, and efficiency can reach 85% generally and even some motors can be up to 92% .
2, Low noise
3, Low temperature rising, because of the higher efficiency, the loss of heat from the motor is less, In addition, our unique heat dissipation design of the house, it help to heat dissipate quickly. Compared to conventional AC motors, the temperature rising is much better.
The application of these SUPER PREMIUM EFFICIENCY Permanent Magnet Motors
Generally these PM motors together with our motor controller, it is a better option to replace VFD(variable speed driver) with AC motors.
1, Water pumps. There are a number of water pumps available used in a variety of applications from water irrigation to swimming pools. No matter what is the pump application we need to match. The motor output to the water pump. In other words ,if the water pump is designed for 2000 rpm at a given head pressure, the speed and torque of the motor must match that of the pump for optimum system efficiency
