Product Description
Our BLDC air cooler motor technology, utilizes NdFeb permanent magnets, is the significative advancement in air cooler motor development. Compared to the conventional ferrimagnetic induction motors, our D90 series BLDC motors demonstrate a more compact stator and rotor structure as well as an effective winding process. This creative design conserves non-ferrous metals like copper, iron and aluminium, and improves work efficiency.
Due to the lack of brushes – a common wear element, they provide increased dependability with a tool time life of 10,000-20,000 hours (2-3 times more than conventional brushed motors) – making them less likely to require maintenance. And in applications where air coolers are on several hours a day—like at industrial shops, commercial facilities—they can save you 20% to 40% on cooling costs versus traditional setups.
