Product Description
At the core of a brushed motor lies a straightforward design consisting of two main components: the stator and the rotor.A typical Brushed DC Motor contains six components: Stator, Rotor/Armature, Commutator, and Brushes, an axle, and magnets.
The Brushed DC Motor has a relatively inexpensive start up cost and simple design. In some cases, the Brushed DC Motor can cost half the price of the Brushless DC Motor counterparts. However, the brushes within the Brushed DC Motor are apt to wear and require replacement, making it a higher-maintenance option, because of the long run costs.

All DC126 motors, up to 375w, are rated “Continuous Duty” and are TENV. 375W-540w are rated “Intermittent Duty” and is recommended that they operateonly for a short period of time to avoid overheating. If “Continuous Duty” is required, a cooling fan can be added to the motor.
These motors are Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) – same as TENV excepthas external fan as an integral part of the motor, to provide cooling by blowing air around the outside frame of the motor.
