Product Description

Like all other motors, BLDC motors also have a rotor and a stator. The BLDC motor stator is made out of high performance silicon steel sheet stacked up to carry the windings and the rotor is made out of permanent magnets. Our winding is 100% copper and H class.

BLDC motors are a derivative of the most commonly used DC motor, compare with the brushed DC motor, BLDC motors have better performance curve characteristics. The major difference between the two is the use of brushes. BLDC motors do not have brushes (hence the name “brushless DC”) and must be electronically commutated. This change make the brushless dc motor can provide more efficiency than brushed DC motor and less maintenance cost.
