Product Description

The rotor is a moving component of an electromagnetic system in the electric motor, electric generator, or alternator. Its rotation is due to the interaction between the windings and magnetic fields which produces a torque around the rotor’s axis.

Ferrite magnetic rotors are commonly used in automotive components and industrial & household appliances due to their cost-effectiveness, stability, and ease of multi-pole magnetization. Automotive components: Sensors, micro-motors, water pump motors, power sliding door motors. Industrial and household appliances: Drainage pumps, spray pumps, fan motors, refrigeration compressors, magnetic separators

Our chief designer comes from Australia, who has experienced in designing motors over 32 years. Regarding to this VOL-WSRS250, recommended to be designed for the applications like high power low speed running, optional neodymium type such as N42H, N38UH and so on.

Existing silicon steel moulds enable us designing motors with different performances.And automatic winding equipments & semi-automation winding equipments, allow us to optional to do batch winding and manual winding according to specific requirements, OEM and ODM both available here.

For customized DC Motors, please contact our technician. Ordinary, we have to know the following information to get a professional proposal:

  • Brushed or Brushless   Customer preference
  • Output power (W)   Horsepower/watts/torque rated at full load speed
  • Voltage (V)   i.e 12v DC …….. 450v AC
  • Motor speed (RPM)   Revolutions per minute of the shaft at full load Voltage
  • Application   e.g. traction, airconditioning, etc.
  • Duty     Most motors are rated continuous. Some applications however may use motors designed for intermittent duty
  • Configuration/Frame    Our products are according to IEC standard, we also can customize the flange and shaft according to the customer drawing
  • Controller function     e.g. forward/reverse, variable speed, acceleration profile, etc.
