The main products are Permanent Magnet DC motor, Brushless DC motors, and the compatible motor drivers, gear reducers etc.
Product series
IEC standard Frame PMSM motors. The outline and mounting dimension is same to conventional AC motors, that help customers to use high efficiency PMSM motors popularly
Quantum series PMSM motors. This round shape motors are built in 3 different diameter. This is relative to the motor power and speed. With the features fast on-off, high efficiency and smart size, It is widely used in Medical devices, Robotics, Textile machines etc.
Customized motors. Australian technical team helps customers to build various motors according to different demands.
Motor controllers. Offer compatible motor controllers to avoid the risk that different suppliers shift responsibility. Besides we help customers R&D motor controllers case by case.
IEC standard PMSM motors Frame 90L 3KW are one series of standard permanent magnet DC motors, because of the higher efficiency. It is intend to replace some conventional AC motors. The outline size and install dimension is same to the AC motors that you can easily use our IEC standard PMSM Motors in various applications.
In volcano Electric, the compatible motor drivers are available with the standard motors, that you can buy both motor and controllers one-stop. All the motors and controllers are debugged before dispatching, that we guarantee the whole system can work smoothly. Hence, it helps to avoid the dispute the motor and controller from various suppliers. Thus if you need our drivers, please indicate in advance with our sales representative.
IEC standard PMSM Motors are now various frames to be offered in the company. Frame 63, Frame 71, Frame 80, Frame 90, Frame 112. More motor frames will be designed soon.

Besides of the standard IEC Motors, Volcano Electric can offer customized motor and supplier comprehensive solutions of your whole system, please contact our technician, Ordinary, we have to know the following information to get a professional proposal:
- Brushed or Brushless: Customer preference
- Output power (W): Horsepower/watts/torque rated at full load speed
- Voltage (V): i.e 12V DC …….. 450V AC
- Motor speed (RPM): Revolutions per minute of the shaft at full load Voltage
- Application: e.g. traction, air condition, etc.
- Duty: Most motors are rated continuous. Some applications however may use motors designed for intermittent duty
- Configuration/Frame: Our products are according to IEC standard, we also can customize the flange and shaft according to the customer drawing
- Controller function: e.g. forward/reverse, variable speed, acceleration profile, etc.
