VOL-BL300B72 is 72VDC 3KW 3000RPM high performance BLDC motor. This is the ideal choice for applications that require high reliability, high efficiency, and high power-to-volume ratio. About the motor commutation, in a brushed DC motor, the motor assembly contains a physical commutator which is moved by means of actual brushes in order to move the rotor. With a BLDC motor, electrical current powers a permanent magnet that causes the motor to move, so no physical commutator is necessary.
At the same time, the brushless dc motor have a longer life than brushed dc motor. It can work more than doubling the life. And BLDC motor have low noise and lightweight. It’s suit for a lots of applications, like mobile applications, truck pumps, car air application, aircraft and so on.
