Product Description
This is an IPM brushless DC motor, engineered for speeds ranging from 1000rpm to 2500rpm. It offers power options between 300w and 3000w, with maximum rated torque from 3Nm to 13Nm. Featuring a 123mm outer diameter, its length varies according to different power outputs.
Typically, induction asynchronous motors have 2 poles (2500rpm at 50HZ or 3000rpm at 60HZ) or 4 poles (1200rpm at 50HZ or 1500rpm at 60HZ). DC motors, however, support various pole configurations (2P, 4P, 8P, etc.) and offer variable, stepless speed control—with higher efficiency than AC induction motors.
Our 1.4KW 24V 4-pole brushless DC motor is specifically designed for traction use in electric forklifts, vans, golf carts, cars, and similar vehicles.
Brushless DC motors can replace any brushed DC motor in existing applications. They’re found in PC cooling fans, DVD players, turntables, and even electric vehicles. For better efficiency, consider swapping your current brushed motor with a BLDC model.
Volcano Electric can customize motors according to your needs and look forward to your inquiries. If you have any questions or needs, please feel free to contact our team via email or whatsapp.
