Product Description
The 24V 1.2KW 1700RPM Sensorless BLDC Motors illustrate just how well brushless DC (BLDC) motors run sans position sensors. Being a form of BLDC motor, it inherits the basic network of benefits we know from BLDC — high efficiency and long lifetime — and it gorges itself with the sensorless concept to make a name for itself.
It’s not like sensored BLDC motors and the Hall Effect sensors that are used to measure position of rotor – in this sensorless BLDC motor, movement of rotor is measured through back EMF. This design decision is what allows it to be a viable type of BLDC motors: by removing the sensors, it simplifies the construction of a BLDC motor, and thus the points of failure that the sensors could add to a BLDC system.
For the end user, that means a BLDC motor that’s just as efficient as its sensored ones (maintaining the primary BLDC benefit of power savings) but also cheaper to buy—no additional sensor components necessary. It’s ideal for applications where the relevance of a BLDC motor has been decided mainly by reliability and simply, and that sensorless technology is an intelligent development of the BLDC motor family.
Volcano Electric can customize motors according to your needs and look forward to your inquiries. If you have any questions or needs, please feel free to contact our team via email or whatsapp.
