Product Description
1 HP Output Power Permanent Magnet Motor offers with optional rated speed, such as 1000RPM,1500RPM,3000RPM…, PLUS it is capable to be customized according to application.
These 3 different speed 1HP motors are built strictly to the IEC standard, the motor configuration for flange and shaft are same as conventional three phase AC motors. Following datasheet for reference:

Configuration
The permanent magnet which has no brush dc motor for small and medium capacity, now USES high magnetic energy ,Nd-Fe materials. the volume of the permanent magnet brushless motor has shrunk the size of a seat by the same volume as the three-phase asynchronous motor.
As a result, In VOLCANO ELECTRIC, compared to conventional AC motors, 1HP Permanent Motor that we can built in a smaller size, Shrunk the size of a seat by same volume, we called compact motor.

The Features of VOLCANO ELECTIRC SUPER PREMIUM EFFICIENCY Permanent Magnet Motors
- High Magnetic energy material, The rotor is built with Strong NdFeB Magnets. Which enhance the motor energy density. The motor efficiency can reach 85% generally and even some motors can be up to 92% .
- Low noise
- Low temperature rising, because of the higher efficiency, the loss of heat from the motor is less, In addition, our unique heat dissipation design of the house, it help to heat dissipate quickly. Compared to conventional AC motors, the temperature rising is much better.

- Voltage (V): i.e 12V DC …….. 450V AC
- Motor speed (RPM): Revolutions per minute of the shaft at full load Voltage
- Application: e.g. traction, air condition, etc.
- Duty: Most motors are rated continuous. Some applications however may use motors designed for intermittent duty
- Configuration/Frame: Our products are according to IEC standard, we also can customize the flange and shaft according to the customer drawing
